1) Refund window (30 days)

You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Lifetime Deal (one-time purchase): Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Annual Subscription (recurring): Refund requests are available only for the initial subscription purchase within 30 days of that first payment. Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges.

2) Eligibility

A refund request is eligible if:

  • It is submitted within the 30-day window, and
  • The purchase can be verified (order ID/receipt, payment reference, or account email used at checkout), and
  • The request is made by the original purchaser.

3) What is not refundable

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Requests made after 30 days from purchase.
  • Subscription renewal charges after the first term.
  • Bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges imposed by your bank/payment provider.
  • Issues caused by third-party hosting environments, conflicting plugins/themes, custom code, or modified WordPress installs where PlaceScale Pro itself is not defective.
  • Purchases obtained through unauthorized resellers or fraud.

4) How to request a refund

Submit a refund request through the support/customer channel provided with your purchase, and include:

  • Your order ID or proof of purchase
  • The email used at checkout
  • The reason for the refund (optional, but helpful)

5) What happens after a refund is approved

  • Your PlaceScale Pro license will be deactivated and access to updates/support associated with that purchase will end.
  • You must stop using PlaceScale Pro on all sites covered by that license after the refund is issued.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

6) Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed promptly. Timing for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.

7) Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, your license may be suspended while the dispute is investigated. If a chargeback is decided in your favor, access remains revoked.

8) Policy changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect on your purchase date, unless required otherwise by law.

9) Your legal rights

If your local consumer protection laws provide additional rights (including mandatory refunds), those rights apply and are not limited by this policy.
