We tend to worry a lot about things we can't solve and whats the point of doing it. If we really need to move ahead in life we need to control the how we get worried about things. Too much anxiety can cause brain trauma and heart problems. Not everyone is upto that level to handle things like anxiety. Yes we can be worry about things that we can control but not about the things completely out of our hands. On the other hand too much responsibilities will lead you to a zone of Anxiety.
