- license status (e.g. valid/invalid)
- expiry (if available)
- last checked timestamp
- last error (if any)
Test connection
Section titled “Test connection”Use Test connection to confirm your site can reach the licensing server.
Force check update
Section titled “Force check update”Use Force check update if updates don’t appear.
Copy support info
Section titled “Copy support info”If you contact support, use Copy support info and paste it into your ticket.
Common issues
Section titled “Common issues”- Outbound HTTPS is blocked by hosting/firewall.
- License key is incorrect or already in use.
