That's a limitation of EDGE technology, DiGi can't change that.

If you are connected via 3G/3.5G you can make and receive calls, but you CANNOT with EDGE.

But yah I find DiGi EDGE faster than Maxis 3G as well. Why not just get proper DiGi broadband with USB dongle then no need to worry about calls?

For purely technical reasons I agree with your assessment, but if you take in to consideration things like customer service then Celcom rating goes down drastically.

I know about U-Mobile and yes I've used it too! It didn't make it to the top
5 due to the limitations of the coverage area.. but thank you so much for
the information you've provided.. it works ok on PJ/KL.

Your reviews are good, but your are missing one more - U-Mobile broadband. Knowing your title being the "Top 5", it's your choice to ignore.

I'm one of the U-Mobile user, positive comment, speed average to good.... Monthly $ damage... mine is RM 78 flat... no other additional charges...

Negative comment .... Really limited area... Klang Valley, little area to seremban... Eaast Malaysia.... ZERO!....

if I'm in KL right now (and less travel outstation) I actually don't mind U-Mobile.
