Tech2all.com 3 column Wordpress Theme

I run a Web 2.0 technology review site called Tech2all.com. Recently I’ve re-written a theme based on Maginoo for Tech2all.com. How does it look like? Take a moment to visit Tech2all.com for a live preview. I’ve build up more feature and and functionality inside it and decided to release this special edition of the theme to the public. It’s a 3 column theme contains enough space for you for your contents to fit in 2 sidebars similar to smashing magazine website. It’s designed for 1024×768 px or  higher resolution display.

Features:

• Vibrant and readable font faces
  
• 2 layer of navigations pages listed at very top and categories with dropdown listed down underneath the Header image
  
• Ad unit areas 336×280px and header ad 468×80px
• Quote and Reply with selected comment, Wordpress 2.7 threaded comment support
   
• Author reply highlighted in comment
• Separated comments and trackbacks
• JQuery Tabbed sidebar, Popular posts tab require Alex Kings popularity contest plug-in
  
• Simple and effective archive page template
  
• 2 Sidebars simple and similar to smashing magazine sidebars
   

• Wordpress 2.7 or higher
• Alex Kings popularity contest plug-in. Note that you will need a custom modified version of the plug-in by Wessley Roche to make it work under Wordpress 2.7. I’ve included the modified version of the plug-in along with the download.

Download:

Installing:

1. Unzip to a temporary folder to your hard-disk
2. Upload the t2a_v2 folder to your wordpress themes folder
3. Upload the plugin from the plugins folder to your wordpress plugins folder and activate it through your wordpress administration
4. Activate the theme from your wordpress administration

Customization:

• Logo: Use the logo.psd at the images_src folder, edit in photoshop cs2 or cs3, Save as background-sitename.jpg slice and upload it at the images folder replacing the original one
• Adsense Link units: Open header.php and change the google adsense code to your google adsense code
• Banners: Open headerbanner.php and banners.php and modify those to your needs
• Paged navigation: Install WP-Page Navi plug-in by lester Chan to enable paged navigation.
• Feedburner: Open header.php go to line 87 and change the subscribe via email link to your link.

This is a free theme unless stated otherwise. Feel free to suggest me for improvement and share your thoughts.

Just a quick update, This Theme is the NEW RE-MAKE Maginoo WordPress theme, Sorry I left you guys for the Design Inspiration. Note that, The Maginoo theme is not completely featured with wordpress 2.7x new features
